RECHARGE helps you track your workouts, nutrition, sleep, and other fitness activities, chat with your gym community, and get AI coaching. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose, and we'll update it if our practices change.

Our promise

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Your fitness and health information is yours.

What we collect

• Account details you provide — your name, email, and profile information.
• The activities you log — workouts, nutrition, sleep, body metrics, goals, and notes.
• Messages you send in chat rooms and to the AI assistant.
• Basic usage information needed to run and improve the app.

How we use it

• To provide the app: save your data, show your progress, and run your gym's classes and community.
• To generate AI coaching and responses based on what you tell us.
• To keep the service secure and working.

Who can see your data

• Your trainers and gym staff. If you're connected to a trainer or you're a member of a gym using RECHARGE, they can see your activity and your messages in shared rooms so they can coach you.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run the app — for example our hosting provider and the AI provider that powers the assistant — process your data on our behalf to deliver these features. The AI assistant works by sending your relevant messages and data to that provider to generate a response.
• Legal reasons. If we're required by law.

That's it — we don't share your data with anyone else.

Your choices

• You can view and edit your information any time in the app.
• You can deactivate your account from your profile. Deactivating signs you out and keeps your data so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
• If you'd like your data permanently deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

RECHARGE isn't intended for anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know in the app.
